Insurance Contracts Act 1984 No. 80 of 1984 - SECT 6

6. (1) This Act extends to an external Territory that is for the time being
declared by Proclamation to be a Territory to which this Act extends.

(2) A reference in this Act to the date of commencement of this Act is, in
relation to an external Territory to which this Act extends, a reference to
that date or to the date on which this Act commences so to extend, whichever
is the later.
