INDUSTRY COMMISSION ACT 1989 No. 9 of 1990 - SECT 39

39. The Chairperson may, by written instrument, delegate any of his or her
powers and functions under this Act:

   (a)  to a Commissioner; or

   (b)  to an Associate Commissioner for the purposes of an inquiry and report
        to be made by a Division of the Commission of which the
        Associate Commissioner is a member.
