ICSID IMPLEMENTATION ACT 1990 No. 107 of 1990 - SECT 7

7. Section 3 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting in subsection (1)
the following definition: " `Investment Convention' means the Convention on
the Settlement of Investment Disputes between States and Nationals of Other
States signed by Australia on 24 March 1975, the English text of which is set
out in Schedule 3 to the International Arbitration Act 1974;".
