INTERSTATE ROAD TRANSPORT ACT 1985 No. 130 of 1985 - SECT 31

31. (1) As soon as practicable after a disqualification of a person comes into
force, the Minister shall cause to be prepared a statement setting out
particulars of the disqualification and explaining the effects of the
disqualification.

(2) As soon as practicable after a disqualification of a person is revoked in
accordance with this Act, the Minister shall cause to be prepared a statement
setting out particulars of the revocation and explaining the effects of the
revocation.

(3) Where a statement is prepared under sub-section (1) or (2), the Minister
shall, as soon as practicable after the preparation of the statement, and from
time to time thereafter, may, cause the statement to be published in the
prescribed manner.

(4) The Minister shall cause to be kept registers to be known as the Register
of Holders of Federal Operator's Licences, the Register of Disqualified
Persons and the Register of Declared Associates of Disqualified Persons.

(5) A person may, on payment of the prescribed fee (if any), inspect a
register kept under sub-section (4).
