INCOME TAX LAWS AMENDMENT (ROYALTIES) ACT 1976 No. 143 of 1976 - SECT 6

6. Section 26 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting paragraph (f) and
substituting the following paragraph:-

''(f) any amount received as or by way of royalty other than an amount that-

        (i)    but for the definition of 'royalty' in sub-section (1) of
               section 6 would not be such an amount; and

        (ii)   is not 'income' within the ordinary meaning of that
               expression;''.
