           INCOME   TAX  (ARRANGEMENTS  WITH  THE  STATES)  ACT  1978


No. 87 of 1978 An Act relating to the assessment and collection by the
Commonwealth on behalf of a State of personal income tax imposed by the State
and the making of payments by a State to the Commonwealth in partial discharge
of the liability of residents of that State in respect of Commonwealth
personal income tax, and for related purposes.

BE IT ENACTED by the Queen, and the Senate and House of Representatives of the
Commonwealth of Australia, as follows:

1. This Act may be cited as the Income Tax (Arrangements with the States) Act
1978.*1*
