INCOME TAX (ARRANGEMENTS WITH THE STATES) ACT 1978 No. 87 of 1978 - SECT 55

55. Section 221YC of the Principal Act is amended-

(a) by omitting from sub-section (1A) ''the last preceding sub-section'' and
substituting ''sub-section (1), as reduced by such amount (if any) as is
prescribed under section 221YDBA,''; and

   (b)  by inserting in sub-section (2) ''(before any reduction is made in
        that
provisional tax under section 221YDBA)'' after ''applicable''.
