INCOME TAX (ARRANGEMENTS WITH THE STATES) ACT 1978 No. 87 of 1978 - SECT 67

Recovery of tax paid on behalf of another person

67. Section 258 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting ''(including
income tax, and tax of a similar nature to provisional tax, under State income
tax law)'' after ''tax''.
