JUDICIARY AMENDMENT ACT 1976 No. 164 of 1976 - SECT 10

10. Section 47 of the Principal Act is repealed and the following section
substituted:- Salaries, &c., of Justices.
''47. The Chief Justice and the other Justices of the High Court shall receive
salary, annual allowances and travelling allowances at such respective rates
as are fixed from time to time by the Parliament.''.
