JUDICIARY AMENDMENT ACT 1976 No. 164 of 1976 - SECT 5

5. Section 21 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting sub- section (1) and
substituting the following sub-section:-

''(1) Applications for leave or special leave to appeal to the High Court from
a judgment of another court may be heard and determined by a single Justice or
by a Full Court and the Rules of Court may provide for enabling such
applications to be dealt with, subject to conditions prescribed by the Rules,
without an oral hearing.''.
