JUDICIARY AMENDMENT ACT 1986 No. 1 of 1986 - SECT 3

3. Section 69 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting in sub-section (3)
"or refer the matter to such legal aid authorities as the Attorney-General
considers appropriate" after "the accused person".
