JUDICIAL AND STATUTORY OFFICERS (REMUNERATION AND ALLOWANCES) AMENDMENT ACT 1988 No. 96 of 1988 - SECT 3

Salaries and expenses of office allowances

3. Section 3 of the Principal Act is amended:

   (a)  by omitting from paragraph (1) (a) "1 July 1986" and substituting "1
        January 1988";

   (b)  by omitting from subsections (5) and (6) "$616" and substituting
        "$673";

   (c)  by omitting from paragraph (8) (b) "$2,167" and substituting "$2,371".
