LAW AND JUSTICE LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1988 No. 120 of 1988 - SECT 71

Offences: general 
71. Section 25 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from subsection
(1) "section 41 of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901" and substituting "
section  4D of the Crimes Act 1914".
