LOAN (INCOME EQUALIZATION DEPOSITS) ACT 1976

No. 206 of 1976 An Act to make provision for and in relation to the making of
Income Equalization Deposits.

BE IT ENACTED by the Queen, and the Senate and House of Representatives of the
Commonwealth of Australia, as follows:-

PART I-PRELIMINARY
1. This Act may be cited as the Loan (Income Equalization Deposits) Act
1976.*1*
