LOAN (INCOME EQUALIZATION DEPOSITS) ACT 1976 No. 206, 1976 - SECT 15

PART III-REPAYMENT OF DEPOSITS
15. For the purposes of this Part-

   (a)  an unrecouped income tax deduction shall be deemed to exist in respect
        of a deposit if an unrecouped deduction is, under Division 16C of Part
        III of the Income Tax Assessment Act 1936, deemed to exist in respect
        of the deposit; and

   (b)  the amount of the unrecouped income tax deduction that exists in
        respect of a deposit shall be deemed to be the amount that, under that
        Division, is deemed to be the amount of the unrecouped deduction that
        exists in respect of the deposit.
