LIFE INSURANCE ACT 1995 No. 4 of 1995 - SECT 241

241. (1) The Commissioner must ensure that the Register is available for
inspection by any person during normal business hours.

(2) A person who has paid the prescribed fee is entitled to inspect the
Register.

(3) If the Register is kept wholly or partly by means of a computer,
subsection (1) is taken to be complied with, so far as the Register is kept in
that way, by giving persons access to computer terminals that they can use to
inspect the Register, either by viewing a screen display or by obtaining a
computer print-out.
