LIFE INSURANCE ACT 1995 No. 4 of 1995 - SECT 243

243. (1) The Commissioner must ensure that any document given to the
Commissioner under subsection 118(2) is available for inspection by any member
of the public at an office of the Commissioner during normal business hours.

(2) A person may:

   (a)  inspect a document referred to in subsection (1); and

   (b)  make a copy of, or extract from, the document; if the person pays the
        fee (if any) prescribed by the regulations.
