LIFE INSURANCE POLICY HOLDERS' PROTECTION LEVIES COLLECTION ACT 1991 No. 3 of 1992 - SECT 22

Judicial manager or liquidator of eligible company may apply for grant of financial assistance from the Fund 
22. (1) The judicial manager or liquidator of an eligible company may apply to
the Commissioner for a grant of financial assistance from the Fund.

(2) An application must:

   (a)  be in writing; and

   (b)  be accompanied by such information as the Commissioner requires.
