MARRIAGE AMENDMENT ACT 1976 No. 209, 1976 - SECT 29
Amendments of the Family Law Act.
29. (1) Section 32 of the Family Law Act 1975 is repealed.
(2) Section 51 of the Family Law Act 1975 is repealed and the following
section substituted:- Nullity of marriage.
''51. An application under this Act for a decree of nullity of marriage shall
be based on the ground that the marriage is void.''.
