MIGRATION AMENDMENT ACT 1980 No. 89, 1980 - SECT 3

3. Section 5 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from sub-section
(1) the definitions of "proclaimed airport" and "proclaimed port" and
substituting the following definitions:



"'proclaimed airport' means an airport appointed under section 15 of the
Customs Act 1901;



"'proclaimed port' means a port appointed under section 15 of the Customs  Act
1901 ;".
