MARITIME COLLEGE ACT 1976 No. 84, 1976 - SECT 3

3. In this Act, unless the contrary intention appears-

''College'' means the Australian Maritime College established by this Act;

''Council'' means the Council of the College;

''Interim Council'' means the Interim Council for the College.
