MINERALS (SUBMERGED LANDS) ACT 1981 No. 81, 1981 - SECT 96

This Division prevails over other provisions 
96. The application of the provisions of this Part other than this Division to
and in relation to -

   (a)  an application for a permit or licence made under this Division; and

   (b)  a permit or licence granted on such an application, is subject to the
        provisions of this Division.
