MEDICARE LEVY ACT 1983 No. 52, 1983 - SECT 5

5. Medicare levy, to the extent that that levy is payable in accordance with
Part VIIB of the Assessment Act, is imposed in accordance with this Act at the
rate applicable in accordance with this Act.
