MEDICARE LEVY AMENDMENT ACT (No. 1) 1997 No. 64, 1997 - SECT 2

(1) Subject to this section, this Act commences on the day on which it
receives the Royal Assent.

(2) Part 1 of Schedule 1 is taken to have commenced on 1 July 1996.

(3) Part 2 of Schedule 1 and Schedule 2 commence on 1 July 1997.
