MOOMBA-SYDNEY PIPELINE SYSTEM SALE ACT 1994 No. 70, 1994 - SECT 124
Powers of Federal Court where non-compliance with TPC requirements
124. (1) This section applies if the TPC is satisfied that a person has,
without reasonable excuse, failed to comply with a requirement made under
section 95.
(2) The TPC may by writing certify the failure to the Federal Court.
(3) If the TPC does so, the Federal Court may inquire into the case and may
order the person to comply with the requirement as specified in the order.
