MOOMBA-SYDNEY PIPELINE SYSTEM SALE ACT 1994 No. 70, 1994 - SECT 141

141. A person served, as prescribed, with a summons to appear as a witness
before the TPC must not, without reasonable excuse:

   (a)  fail to attend as required by the summons; or

   (b)  fail to appear and report himself or herself from day to day unless
        excused, or released from further attendance, by a member of the TPC.
        Penalty: 60 penalty units.
