MILITARY REHABILITATION AND COMPENSATION ACT 2004 No. 51, 2004 - SECT 25
Limited effect of acceptance of liability
The Commission's acceptance of liability for an injury, disease or death only
has effect for the purposes of this Act.
Note: This means that a person cannot rely on the Commission's acceptance of
liability for an injury, disease or death in a common law action against the
Commonwealth.
