NATIONAL CRIME AUTHORITY AMENDMENT ACT 1991 No. 209, 1991 - SECT 3

3. Section 31 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting after paragraph
(1)(b) the following word and paragraph:
  "or (c)   that a person has committed an offence under subsection 30(1) or
is likely to do so;".
