NATIONAL COMPANEIS AND SECURITIES COMMISSION ACT 1979

No. 173 of 1979 An Act to establish a National Companies and Securities
Commission, and for purposes connected therewith.

BE IT ENACTED by the Queen, and the Senate and House of Representatives of the
Commonwealth of Australia, as follows:

PART I-PRELIMINARY Short title
1. This Act may be cited as the National Companies and Securities Commission
