NATIONAL CATTLE DISEASE ERADICATION TRUST ACCOUNT ACT 1991 No. 23, 1991 - SECT 4

4. (1) The National Cattle Disease Eradication Trust Account established under
the Live-stock Slaughter Levy Collection Act 1964 continues in existence under
that name as a Trust Account for the purposes of section 62A of the
Audit Act 1901.

(2) The money and investments that, immediately before the commencement of
this Act, constituted the Account continue to form part of the Account.
