Commonwealth Numbered Acts Commonwealth Numbered Acts(1) If this Act requires the CEO to make a decision or do a thing within a specified period, the National Disability Insurance Scheme rules may prescribe that the decision is to be made, or the thing done, within a longer period that is not more than double the length of the specified period.
(2) If this Act requires or provides for a person other than the CEO to do a thing within a specified period, the National Disability Insurance Scheme rules may prescribe that the thing is to be done within a longer period.
