Commonwealth Numbered Acts Commonwealth Numbered Acts(1) A person becomes a participant in the National Disability Insurance Scheme launch on the day the CEO decides that the person meets the access criteria.
(2) The CEO must give written notice of the decision to the participant, stating the date on which the person became a participant.
