Commonwealth Numbered Acts Commonwealth Numbered Acts(1) An external auditor must conduct an audit and prepare a report in accordance with guidelines determined by the Greenhouse and Energy Data Officer under subsection (2).
(2) The Greenhouse and Energy Data Officer may determine, by legislative instrument, guidelines to be followed by external auditors when conducting audits and preparing reports under this Subdivision.
