NATIONAL HEALTH AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2) 1976 No. 99, 1976 - SECT 21

21. Section 82D of the Principal Act is amended-

(a) by inserting in sub-section (1A), after the word ''contributor'', the
words ''or a dependant of the contributor'';

(b) by inserting in sub-section (4), after the words ''the contributor''
(first occurring), the words ''or a dependant of the contributor''; and

(c) by inserting in sub-section (4), after the words ''the contributor''
(second occurring), the words ''or of that dependant, as the case may be,''.
