NATIONAL OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY COMMISSION AMENDMENT ACT 1989No. 4, 1989 - SECT 15
Term of office etc.
15. Section 22 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from subsection
(3) "other than the Chairperson" and substituting "(other than the Chairperson
or the Chief Executive Officer)".
