OLYMPIC INSIGNIA PROTECTION ACT 1987 No. 27, 1987 - SECT 7

7. (1) The Federation has a monopoly in a protected design.

(2) The rights of the Federation with respect to a protected design are
personal property and, subject to this Act, the laws applicable to ownership
of personal property apply in relation to the monopoly in the design as they
apply in relation to other choses in action.
