1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Overseas Students Charge Collection 
Amendment Act 1986 .

(2) The Overseas Students Charge Collection Act 1979 *1* is in this Act
referred to as the Principal Act. (Minister's second reading speech made in-
House of Representatives on 19 August 1986 Senate on 17 November 1986)
