OCCUPATIONAL SUPERANNUATION LAWS AMENDMENT ACT 1991 No. 55, 1991 - SECT 27

27. (1) In this section:

"amended Act" means the Principal Act as amended by this Act.

(2) For the purposes of the amended Act, a form prescribed for the purposes of
a provision of subsection 12 (1), 14 (1) or 15B (1) of the Principal Act has
effect as if it had been prescribed for the purposes of the corresponding
provision of the amended Act.
