OCCUPATIONAL SUPERANNUATION STANDARDS ACT 1987 No. 97, 1987 - SECT 20

20. (1) The Commissioner may, either generally or as otherwise provided by the
instrument of delegation, by writing signed by the Commissioner, delegate to a
person appointed or employed under the Public Service Act 1922 all or any of
the Commissioner's powers under this Act other than the Commissioner's powers
under this section and section 21.

(2) A power so delegated, when exercised by the delegate, shall, for the
purposes of this Act, be deemed to have been exercised by the Commissioner.

(3) A delegation under this section does not prevent the exercise of a power
by the Commissioner.
