PATENTS ACT 1990 No. 83, 1990 - SECT 220
Costs of attendance of patent attorney
220. Where, at the hearing of proceedings under this Act, a patent attorney
attends in court for the purpose of assisting a party in the conduct of the
hearing and an order is made for payment of the costs of that party, those
costs may include an allowance for that attendance.
