PATENTS AMENDMENT ACT 1976 No. 162, 1976 - SECT 10

10. (1) The Principal Act is amended as set out in the Schedule.

(2) The amendments made by this section do not affect any proceedings
instituted, under the Principal Act or under the regulations in force under
the Principal Act, in the High Court (whether as the Appeal Tribunal under the
Principal Act or otherwise) before the date of commencement of this section,
or anything arising out of, or any proceeding incidental to or connected with,
any such proceeding.
