PRIVACY AMENDMENT ACT 1990 No. 116, 1990 - SECT 11

Guidelines relating to tax file number information

11. Section 17 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from subsection
(3) "Section 48" (first occurring) and substituting "In its application under
subsection (2) of this section, section 48".
