PRIVACY AMENDMENT ACT 1990 No. 116, 1990 - SECT 7

Acts and practices of, and disclosure of information to, staff of agency etc. 
7. Section 8 of the Principal Act is amended:

   (a)  by omitting from paragraph (1) (a) "or file number recipient" and
        substituting ", file number recipient, credit reporting agency or
        credit provider";

   (b)  by omitting from paragraph (1) (a) "or recipient" and substituting ",
        recipient, credit reporting agency or credit provider".
