PIPELINE AUTHORITY AMENDMENT ACT 1992 No. 188, 1992 - SECT 25

25. Section 39 of the Principal Act is amended:

   (a)  by inserting in paragraph (a) "or a subsidiary company" after

"Authority";

   (b)  by inserting in paragraph (b) "or a subsidiary company" after

"Authority".
