PIPELINE AUTHORITY AMENDMENT ACT 1992 No. 188, 1992 - SECT 6

6. Section 8 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting subsection (2) and
substituting the following subsection:

"(2) The Authority may grant the Chief Executive Officer leave of absence,
other than recreation leave, on such terms and conditions as to remuneration
or otherwise as the Authority determines.".
