PUBLIC GOVERNANCE, PERFORMANCE AND ACCOUNTABILITY ACT 2013 (NO. 123, 2013) - SECT 66

                   A Minister or an official of a non-corporate Commonwealth entity must not make a gift of relevant property unless:

                     (a)  the property was acquired or produced to use as a gift; or

                     (b)  the making of the gift:

                              (i)  is expressly authorised by law; or

                             (ii)  is made in accordance with the rules.
