Commonwealth Numbered Acts Commonwealth Numbered ActsA private health insurer that makes any report to all or any of the * policy holders of a * health benefits fund conducted by the insurer must, if the Private Health Insurance (Insurer Obligations) Rules so require, give a copy of the report to the Council:
(a) within one month after making the report; or
(b) within such further time as the Council allows.
