PRIMARY INDUSTRIES (EXCISE) LEVIES ACT 2024 (NO. 56, 2024) - SECT 18

  (1)   Different rates of the same levy may be prescribed by the regulations for different kinds of products or goods.

  (2)   Subsection   (1) does not limit section   16.

  (3)   Subsection   (1) does not limit subsection   33(3A) of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901 .
