(1) A person is guilty of an offence if:

(a)

the person is required by a notice under paragraph 270(1)(b) to attend before the ^* Official Trustee or a person authorised under that paragraph; and

(b)

the person:

(i)

fails to attend as required by the notice; or

(ii)

fails to appear and report from day to day, without being excused or released from further attendance by the Official Trustee or person authorised under that paragraph, as the case may be.

Maximum penalty: Imprisonment for 6 months or 30 penalty units, or both.
