PROCEEDS OF CRIME (MISCELLANEOUS AMENDMENTS) ACT 1987 No. 73, 1987 - SECT 8

8. Section 82 of the Principal Act is amended:
(a) by omitting from subsection (3) "Penalties" and substituting "Subject to
subsection (3A), penalties"; and

   (b)  by inserting after subsection (3) the following subsection:

"(3A) An amount payable under a pecuniary penalty order or an interstate
pecuniary penalty order is provable in bankruptcy.".
